When you got old stuff, recycle. This, I reckon, applies to everything. Including music. It pays to have what could be an entire terabyte of songs saved on your hard drive. At times when I can't download update new music, I turn to my trusty [aged] folders and just put on random old files onto my iPod. And voila, a new playlist. So I did just that this morning and re-heard this from the loop:
Yeah, this will still be on full blast in my car once I go on that fantasy destination-less roadtrip I've always wanted to do. And I still swear to scream with Jake Bugg when he gets to "So I kiss goodbye to every little ounce of pain.... I got out, I got out, I got out but I'm here to stay." Because f the world, I'm gonna get out of this alive holding up [at most] two fingers. ;) Anyway, funny how I never knew Jake Bugg sang this song until today. I usually don't investigate much on the singer/band as much as the song, but it was a nice coincidink that I was also recently introduced to JB through Channel V thinking he was a new artist. While I've unknowingly had a whole roadtrip planned based on his song all along.
